We use:

14-24K Gold Plating, or Gold Vermeil;
Lead, Cadmium, Nickel Free, always (non toxic!);
Sometimes we use other base metals such as Copper or Brass. Please read product descriptions before purchase to ensure the jewelry is right for you!

We want your pieces to be with you forever. Therefore, maintenance of your beauties is key.

We recommend:

To ensure the gold plating does not damage, do not expose the jewelry to water, perfumes, alcohol, oils, salts or acids. If exposed, the gold plating may tarnish;
Your jewelry should be the last thing you put on, and the first thing you take off;
Store your jewelry in a dust bag;
Clean periodically, but avoid harsh cleaners (we reco these).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Each piece is triple quality assured and inspected by us before we ship.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final for hygienic reasons.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@sundaykind.co if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if we deem the product has been misused or the damage is not a defect.

SHIPPING OR LOCAL PICK UP:

Local pick up is free & available Downtown Toronto (please select the pick up option at checkout);
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders $50 CAD+ to Canada and USA locations;
Orders below $50 CAD will be calculated at checkout based on weight and distance;
International (beyond Canada/USA) shipping will be calculated at checkout based on weight and distance.

Canada: 2-10 business days

USA: 5-10 business days

International: 6-10 business days

Most orders will ship or be available for pickup within 1-3 business days from purchase date. Please expect potential delays due to COVID-19, which is unfortunately out of our control. We will do our best to ensure you receive your jewelry asap!
